We bought our beautiful house as an ongoing project in 2012. We wintered here for the next couple of years and this year we were finally able to start work as we had sold our beautiful Dutch Tjalk in France.
So in 2015 we went from Meander above to Villa Llamedos below.
We are about to open our home to paying guests who want to join us in enjoying the solitude and tranquility of Andalucian life. Do you feel the need to get away from the madness of suburbia then our views may be just what you need. Come and experience the amazing scenery and wildlife, we have wild boar, bee eater birds, rollers (birds), partridge, swallows, bats and many other birds, wildlife and insects that you could spot. How about a leisurely walk? There are many routes around Villa Llamedos for you to stroll and enjoy the ever changing scenery. If you are an off road bike rider then this terrain is made for you. If you prefer cycling on the roads then the route to Saliente is just what you need as a challenge.
Or if you just want to come and relax and read a book and maybe challenge Paul to a game of pool, then this is the place for you.

On August 14th 2015 we will have a beautiful new guest double bedroom and ensuite available from just 30 euros a night for the room or if you enjoy a breakfast have a contintal breakfast that is just 5 euros more. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby just a short drive away.
The beach at Vera Playa is just 40 minutes away and Mojacar Playa just one hour.
Local airports are: Almeria (1 hour), Murcia (1½ hours), Alicante (1½ hours). Airport transfers can be arranged Alicante (150 euros), Murcia (140 euros), Almeria (130 euros).
